Gary Rushin, Chief Executive Officer
Gary Rushin joined TMC in September 2013. Gary comes with a diverse professional background, which started in commercial banking in 1977 at the Wall Street headquarters of BNY Mellon. Later he spent five years in Texas at Bank of America in international lending from 1980 to 1985. After several years at Wells Fargo in Baltimore, Gary became Director of Corporate Finance at the Chapman Company, a minority control investment banking firm and affiliate of Alex Brown & Sons. He joined the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation from 1992 to 1997 where he oversaw the bankruptcies of Eastern Airlines, LTV Corporation, Memorex Telex Corporation and Lone Star Industries and was a member of several creditors’ committees. Gary was also a consultant to the Governor of the Bank of Ghana, where he authored regulations on the prudential supervision of non-bank financial institutions.
Gary Rushin is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Southeastern University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Temple University.
Amber Sowell, Director of Marketing / Division 10 Manager
Amber is the Director of Marketing and the Division 10 Manager at Terrill Manufacturing Company. She brings a strong background in Division 10 specialty sales and customer services over the past 16 years. Amber has also managed Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) projects and has extensive experience in Governmental contracting and procedures. As a project Manager in the DFW area she oversaw contracts from estimation to completion on high profile jobs. Her proven track record places her in a position to continue to bring knowledge and added benefits to our customers. Amber has been a strong supporter of the armed forces and the Wounded Warrior Project being a former Marine wife she understands the hardships of our Heroes and their families.
She is currently pursuing her education in Business Management.
