Gary Rushin
Chief Executive Officer
Gary Rushin joined TMC in September 2013. Gary comes with a diverse professional background, which started in commercial banking in 1977 at the Wall Street headquarters of BNY Mellon. Later he spent five years inTexas at Bank of America in international lending from 1980 to 1985. After several years at Wells Fargo in Baltimore, Gary became Director of Corporate Finance at the Chapman Company, a minority control investment banking firm and affiliate of Alex Brown & Sons. He joined the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation from 1992 to 1997 where he oversaw the bankruptcies of Eastern Airlines, LTV Corporation, Memorex Telex Corporation and Lone Star Industries and was a member of several creditors committees. Gary was also a consultant to the Governor of the Bank of Ghana, where he authored regulations on the prudential supervision of non-bank financial institutions.
Gary Rushin is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Southeastern University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Temple University.
Kent Terrill
President and Chief Marketing Officer
Kent Terrill, grandson of Clarence Terrill the founder, has learned the business from the bottom up. Kent began at Terrill Manufacturing Company, Inc. by working summers in the shop while attending Texas A&M and Angelo State Universities. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration, he computerized the drafting department, worked as a Project Manager, Estimator, Salesman, President of the company, and eventually became the sole owner. Kent is very excited to have Gary Rushin and Bill Hunter join in the ownership and future of Terrill Manufacturing Company.
Kent Terrill has served many professional and community organizations. He was a 3-term president of the Texas Chapter of the Architectural Woodwork Institute and sat on AWIs state and national boards, as well as the executive board for AWI National. He was involved in and a board member of The San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo, Boy Scouts of America, San Angelo Chamber of Commerce, West Texas Rehabilitation Center, West Texas Community Health Network and has been active in several churches and is a team leader for Mission work in Peru. Kent is an avid outdoorsman and loves to spend time hunting and fishing with family, friends and his black Labrador, Maggie.
Greg Douglas
Chief Finance Officer
Greg is the Chief Financial Officer of Terrill Manufacturing Company. He joined TMC company in 2004 after 15 years in public accounting where he was involved in both audit and tax. While in College he worked for a cabinet company and Home Buider. He was recruited by Terrill Manufacturing as CFO because of his diverse background bringing financial as well as construction experience to the position. Greg holds a Bachelor Degree in accounting, and is a certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Greg enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hunter and fisherman.
Amber Sowell
Director of Marketing / Division 10 Manager
Amber is the Director of Marketing and the Division 10 Manager at Terrill Manufacturing Company.She bringsa strong background in Division 10 specialty sales and customer services over the past 16 years. Amberhas also managed Leadership in Energy and EnvironmentalDesign (LEED) projects and hasextensive experience inGovernmentalcontracting and procedures. As a project Manager in the DFW area sheoversaw contracts from estimation tocompletion onhigh profile jobs.Her proven track record places her in a position to continue to bring knowledge and added benefits to our customers. Amber has been a strong supporter of the armed forces and the Wounded Warrior Project being a former Marine wife she understands the hardships of our Heroes and their families.
She is currently pursuing her education in Business Management.
Micheal Purcell
Engineering Supervisor
Micheal started at Terrill Manufacturing in 2005 as a CNC machine operator. He progressed in the shop to become the department supervisor. While working for Terrill Manufacturing, he received an Associates degree from Howard College in San Angelo in Computer Aided Drafting. After graduating, Micheal moved into the engineering department as a draftsman, he is now the engineering supervisor For Terrill Manufacturing.
Micheal enjoys sports, hunting, and fishing. He is married to Ashley and has two kids named Matthew and Lily.
Howard Looka
Project Manager
Howard has been a Project Manager at Terrill Manufacturing for 15 years. He has a strong background in the building industry due to being a homebuilder in the San Angelo area for 25 years. Howard knows the trials and tribulations of a construction job and can deal with them accordingly.He currently serves on two committees for the San Angelo Stock show and Rodeo Association and is also a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church and serves on various church functions.
Howard and his wife June have lived in San Angelo their entire life and have been married for 32 years and have 4 wonderful children. He enjoys spending his spare time working on their family ranch. He is also enjoys hunting & fishing with his family and friends.
Frank McCaleb
Senior Estimator
For almost 30 years, Frank McCaleb has been involved in many facets of the construction industry. Raised in Leakey, Texas, he moved to San Angelo after graduating from high school to attend San Angelo State University. After many years of acquiring experience in multiple areas of construction, Frank eventually began working for a prominent retail display fixture company where he served as Plant Manager for 11 years. He began his employment as an estimator with Terrill Manufacturing in 2008 and eventually became a Senior Estimator for this thriving company.
Frank McCaleb has served and volunteered for different community organizations which currently include the local 4-H and FFA Youth Organizations and the Tom Green County Youth Livestock Committee. An active member of the United States Team Roping Championship Association (USTRCA), he makes his home in San Angelo with his two children, Kaycee and Chase. In his free time, Frank enjoys team roping, hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
ChrisLykins

Chris has been with Terrill Manufacturing for 32 years. He began working in the shop during the summer while going to school. Chris trained at the AWI Wood Technology Center in Pittsburgh, Kansas, and also trained at TEKNA CNC Technology Center. Chris is a licensed contractor and oversees material, purchasing, engineering, plant operations and scheduling.
Chris has a beautiful wife, Tiffany, three great children and spoiled granddaughter. Chris is an avid outdoors-man and golfer.
Maggie
Mascott
Maggie is a black Labrador retriever that is an integral of Terrill Manufacturing Companys family. Maggie can single handedly brighten your day by walking in your office wagging her tail looking for a treat. Maggie is a highly skilled retriever spending most of her time on a bed in Kent Terrills office longing to be outside retrieving anything from birds to tennis balls.
