Rushin was presented the award by the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council in a meeting held at the Double Tree Hotel in Dallas, Texas.

The Manufacturing Firm of the Year award was presented to Terrill Manufacturing Company in recognition for the companys significant progress and success in employing innovative and resourceful and business strategies and manufacturing methods which increased the companys production, revenue, job creation and job retention. Rushins professional expertise in corporate bankruptcies and business turnarounds definitely played a significant role in the companys progressive achievements.
