Our estimating team provides detailed estimates that are clear and easy to read. They also provide budgetary numbers , value engineering and design build assistance. Terrill Manufacturing recognizes extensive cost savings to many contractors, architects and owners through these services.
Our engineering department uses the latest computer software technology to produce high quality shop drawings for architect and contractor approval. They are then transferred to our programmed machines for manufacture.
Our 100,000+ sq. ft. manufacturing facility is maintained by employees who played a big part in the history of Texas millworking. Many have been practicing their trade at Terrill Manufacturing for 30, 40 or more years as have their fathers before them. We have the craftsman who can construct any project detail using hand tools or the most advanced equipment.
Terrill Manufacturing is equipped with its own fleet of delivery vehicles to transport any size job.
Terrill Manufacturing installs using their own trained installation crews and dedicated subcontractors. Many of our installers are OSHA certified and have passed FBI background checks. They are trained and specialize in installation of millwork, casework, solid surface, counter, countertop, panel, elevator interior and Division 10 products. They perform tasks such as field measurements, unloading, staging, clean-up, punch list and warranty work.
